Shipboard weapons targeting subsystem
Excluded by your profile: weapons systems.
Your team reads hundreds of solicitations to find the handful worth a proposal. We invert that. Purceivo reads all of them and surfaces only what clears a defensible threshold — each with a written rationale, and a record of everything it set aside.
Every competitor reports what they found. The number they quote is the number you have to read. We keep the opposite record: every solicitation we set aside, the reason, and whether it was your own rule or our judgement that did it.
Excluded by your profile: weapons systems.
Below your $250K contract floor.
Scored 0.71. Your past performance is adjacent, not comparable; the incumbent has held this since 2019.
Silence is the product. A tool that surfaces everything has made no decision. Ours withholds, states the reason, and lets you overturn it in one click.
Nothing disappears. Heard about a solicitation elsewhere? Look it up and we'll tell you whether we surfaced it, withheld it and why, or never had it at all.
Wrong is recoverable. Every withheld item is inspectable. If our judgement is off, you find out before it costs you a contract — not after.
Most of the corpus never reaches a model at all. Your hard exclusions and contract window are enforced in code, where the answer is the same every time — not asked of a language model and hoped for.
Federal, state, municipal and private, normalised into a single record — including the attachments, so the model reads the actual statement of work rather than the title. Every amendment is stored as a new version with a semantic diff, so a changed ceiling is an event, not a fresh row.
Hard exclusions, contract window, geography and deadline are applied deterministically before anything is scored. It is faster, it costs nothing, and — unlike a prompt — it cannot be talked out of a promise you made. Each rejection is written down with its reason.
What survives is read against your capabilities, your past performance and your stated appetite. Every surfaced item arrives with scope in a paragraph, the hard requirements as a list, the honest disqualifiers, and the specific reason we thought it was yours.
Every decision your desk makes teaches the scorer — but only the ones that actually describe your firm. This distinction is the difference between a tool that sharpens and one that slowly drifts away from you.
A standing preference. It describes what your firm is, so it weighs on every future judgement.
Also durable. We stop bringing you work you would have to bluff your way into.
A busy quarter is not a change of appetite. Feed that to a scorer and it goes quiet on your core work exactly as you come up for air. We keep it for your reporting and keep it out of the model.
Products are defined as much by their refusals as by their features. These are ours, and they are architectural rather than aspirational.
“143 new opportunities” is a queue for the bin. We will never report a number whose only meaning is how much reading we have created for you.
If we cannot say plainly why something is yours, it does not reach you. A score with no argument behind it is a guess wearing a decimal point.
The withheld record is permanent and inspectable. Any tool unwilling to show you what it buried is asking for trust it has not earned.
Model spend is capped per firm and recorded per call. A run that would breach the cap stops cleanly and resumes — it does not quietly become an invoice.
Onboarding takes about four minutes and produces the profile every judgement is made against. You can change it whenever you like — the board re-scores against the version of you that is true today.
Start with who you are. All fields marked * are required.
Verticals, capabilities, and NAICS codes if you have them. Select or add — this is what the model reasons against.
Where the model draws its lines. Only opportunities inside every bound will surface.
We're already reading this week's corpus against your filter. Your first curated set will appear in the dashboard within the hour, and we'll email your primary contact when it's ready.
