Success fees apply only to funds your organisation actually receives, and are invoiced after receipt. Where a program's rules do not allow contingent fees, or a fee cannot be paid from award funds, we charge the flat fee only. We do not give tax or legal advice. Final terms are set out in a written engagement before work starts.

Questions

How does the free trial work?

Tell us about your firm and we set your board up around it. From the day you first sign in, you have 14 days of everything, pursuit rooms included. No card is needed. If you choose a plan during the trial, the days you have left stay free.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your board pauses until someone at the firm chooses a plan. Nothing is deleted, and it picks up exactly where you left off.

Is it really one price for the whole firm?

Yes. Invite as many colleagues as you like. The price stays the same.

Can we change plans or cancel?

Any time, from Settings. A change is prorated to the day. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

How do you take payment?

By card, through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Invoices and receipts are kept in Settings.

How do grant fees work?

A flat $2,500 for each application we prepare and file, plus 5% of the funds your organisation actually receives, invoiced after you receive them. If a program does not allow contingent fees, you pay the flat fee only.

What does a managed pursuit cost?

It depends on the size of the bid and how much of the work you want us to carry. We agree a price for each pursuit after a short call, before any work starts.
