What we commit to, in writing.

These documents set out, in enforceable terms, what the service does, what we collect, who else touches it, and what we will not do with it.

Pre-release. Purceivo is in development and is not yet offered to the public. These documents are published in draft so they can be reviewed before anyone relies on them. They take effect when the service becomes generally available, and the entity named in them, Purceivo LLC (in formation), is not yet formed. Nothing here is a contract today, and nothing here is legal advice.

Terms of Service

The agreement itself: what the service is, what it explicitly does not promise, who owns what, and how an account ends.

Every category of data the system stores, enumerated from the actual schema, and where each one goes.
